How do I place an order?

You can either choose one of our pre-made designs, choose the size/color, add to cart, and finish the order by completing the check out steps. Or you can customize your design by choosing the “Create your own” option. Every product category gives you the ability to customize it. Use our Facebook contact button at the bottom right if you need help!

What if I have a job that is not available on the site?

We have an estimating service that will check to see if we can do the job, and if we can, give you a price within 24 hours. Please go to our Custom Order page and fill out details of your order. You can also contact us through live chat at the bottom right of your screen. Thanks!

Do you have any advice for designing my product?

We have been designing signs since 2008 so we can help! Just start a live chat by clicking at your screen’s bottom right section and one of our designers will assist you!

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover, AmEx as well as Amazon Pay and Paypal.

Do you ship your products everywhere?

We cover most US states, US territories, and Canada. If you’re outside of those areas please contact our customer service and we’ll figure it out. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

How do I track my packages?

You can track by using the original tracking number with the final delivery leg made by USPS at usps.com. Once your package has been delivered to a USPS facility, the USPS tracking information will become available. Tracking information will be accessible in our post order emails to you. Please look in your mailbox by searching “signsonline.net”

What are your turnaround times?

Our turnaround times refer solely to production. Once production is complete it may take up to one business day for orders to ship or be available for pick-up. Local delivery orders will be delivered on the next scheduled day for your zone (excluding the day of production). It is our goal to release all jobs as soon as completion of production allows. The last day of your turn-around is not a guaranteed “in hands” date. Please note: Turnaround times are based on the producing facility time zone.

How do I cancel an order?

We ship all of orders within a business day, so you have to cancel immediately after placing order by contacting us. Use the messenger tool at the bottom right area of the screen or call 707-536-1826.
